Stayed for a night during testing times of our vehicle breakdown. The staff especially Mr. Hermraj, her wife and the cook have been utmost kind, responsive and exhibited highest degree of humanity while providing me and my brother with the best possible services. The stay has been extremely peaceful and the attitude of these people gave us positive vibes and a lifetime memories to cherish.

If you came from almost 0 feet altitude like me, you would have experience a hard time staying at Sarchu. Altitude here is almost 14,500 feet. Heavy wind from the icy baralachala will make you even chill. In summer, night temperature becomes around 0 degree. If you acclimatized properly before, only then you should take the risk to stay here. Place is wonderful, surrounding views is from another planet. Staff and food is good.

I travel with my family last summer to Leh on our way we stayed at Garjha Hill Sight camp. The climate is very cold and harsh it is very difficult with kids. Team Garjha Hill sight in their camp are fully equipped to handle the situation. One of team member Mr Rohit helped us lot to accommodate with the condition. They serve hot food and soup and had delicious breakfast in the morning . I recommend this camp to choose for your stay.
